Verizon DSL hell
I’ve been without my broadband connection for eight days now thanks to Verizon’s terrible DSL service. The trouble started when the company “accidentally” deleted my account, shutting off the service. Then they claimed there was a service outage in my area but my neighbors’ connections worked fine. I bitched them out on the phone yesterday, told them I wanted a complete refund for July and August. I’m now a customer of Adelphia High Speed Internet, which will be set up Wednesday.
Until then, I’m stuck with dial-up from UCLA’s Bruin Online.
