I tried to install Fox’s Full Throttle media player to watch the season premiere of The OC tonight and I couldn’t get it to work with any of my browsers. First, I tried to install it on my Mac, which didn’t work because the player can only run on Windows. So I booted up my PC to Windows Vista and tried to install on Internet Explorer. Surprisingly, the installer didn’t work with IE7, even when I set the zone to trusted with the option to install unsigned Active X controls. Finally, I tried Firefox, which didn’t work either because the player is only compatible up to Firefox 1.5.
I just got Mike Adam’s WordPress Ajax comment preview script installed and it works great. I’m using it to manage my comments now, which will show correctly processed Markdown scripted comments below the comment form. Thanks a bunch, Mike!
